6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene and product nature:

  • Socks are non-returnable once opened or used

  • Exchanges may be allowed only for defective or incorrect items

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos)

  • Branding elements
