1. RETURNS




We are very sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase! Although Socks are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety issues, however if there is a quality issue we will offer refund/replacement.

1.2 No Return of Used, Worn, Washed or Damaged Items

We will accept returns ONLY on unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged products, received in the original packaging and in original condition. Exceptions may apply.

1.3 Maximum Time Limit for Returns

A request to return an item must be made within 7 days of when the item(s) were delivered to you. Exceptions may apply.

1.4 How to Return

It's simple:
(a) Drop us an e-mail at Purestep87@gmail.com with your order number.
(b) We will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address without any additional charge.
(c) We will contact you to confirm the date of your reverse pickup.
(d) Once the pickup is done and we have received it in our warehouse, we will conduct a routine quality check.
(e) Post verification, we will contact you to confirm the exchange/refund.

1.5 Exchange/Refund against Returns
1.5.1 Once your return is received, inspected and approved the exchange/refund can happen in one of two ways:
(a) Exchange of the product with another product of equal value. In case of exchange, we will dispatch the requested exchange product in 3-4 working days post verification, OR
(b) A money refund via the digital payment methods available with us at the time. In case of refund, please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
1.5.2 If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
1.5.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply.
